Classes description

Bootylicious - A legs, bums and tummy style class. Using foundation exercises in fun and enjoyable twist 30 minute class

Kiss My Abs - Core class, use of matted area and FitBalls . 30 minute class

Kiss My Bells - A kettlebell class. Fundamental exercises covered. 30 minute class

Kiss-Spin - Spin classes. 30 minute class

Kiss of Life - Light circuit style classes. These will be varied and the structure will consist of 3 different types of circuits. Tabata, station based, team exercises. 30 minutes, Will be done on gym floor and studio

Kiss of Death - Extreme circuit style classes. These will be varied and the structure will consist of 3 different types of circuits. Tabata, station based, team exercises. 30 minutes, Will be done on gym floor and studio

Kiss Crew Classes - Crew classes are group classes on the rower, treadmill or bikes. 30 minute classes structure based on H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training). Stomp FX- Basic, athletic step routines designed for maximum calorie burn and fitness improvements

Pump Fx - a complete resistance training workout featuring a bar and weight plates set to the latest chart and club anthems

Blast FX - Bodyweight-only conditioning routines that promise to shred fat and boost fitness...fast
