SPIN & TONE
Mixed format designed to improve fitness levels using indoor cycling and toning exercises
 
PiYo
PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. A fun high energy workout.  The Class will use a combination of cardio, weights, strength and core work to give entire body workout. Each week will be all about having FUN
 
Tour MK Spin
Class will focus on all the main riding styles used during indoor cycing classes (spin), using a mixture of music speeds to set the tone, this class will help improve overall fitness levels as well strengthening the lower body
 
Get Down
Dance to your favourite chart hits from the past decade in a range of styles and boogie away those calories. This class is suitable for all levels and no dance experience is needed, the most important thing is to Get Down to the music!
 
Yoga
Classical Hatha Yoga, including Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (physical postures) and deep relaxation.  Yoga exercises focus on the health of the spine, its strength and flexibility; proper breathing increases vitality and mental clarity, and deep relaxation brings relief from stress.
 
Highway Express Spin
This spin class will get those legs screaming and his heart pumping during this flat out high speed class.
 
Metabolic Blast
Metabolic Blast, Ignite the fat!.

Bullet proof body
The aim of Bulletproof Body class is to improve mobility, stability and control of your joints using different training methods such Yoga, Resistance Bands and Bodyweight training, dividing the class in 3 sections:
- Movement Prep/Warm Up.
- Yoga Flow.
- Workout base on Resistance Bands and Bodyweight."
It is proven that improving the mobility, stability and control of your joints, will reduce the risk of injury and improve your Training performance and lifestyle, allowing you to obtain more and better results.
 
Strong is Sexy
This class uses light weights (bars, plates) and resistance bands to tone, shape and slim down your body - with emphasis on problematic areas (legs, bums, tums). Topped off with stretches to increase flexibility and shape your muscles further.

High intensity interval training utilising our beaver fit frame, using TRXs, battle ropes, sandbags & kettlebells. Ideal for athletes looking to improve power and endurance. For first timers and the fitness fanatic
 
Hang Tough
Hard core strength and conditioning workout .  Using our Beaver fit indoors park frames and Olympic rings for chin ups, dips and employing calisthenics to build muscle and burn fat
