I am a mum who has a passion for leading and living a healthy and fit lifestyle. After the birth of my son I struggled with weight gain and that was the driving force to become a personal trainer.
A few years down the line I became pregnant with my daughter and snapped back into shape in no time as I knew what I needed to do this time around.
My focus is on weight loss, functional programming, high intensity training, metabolic conditioning and Fitness Testing.
I really enjoy working with individuals that are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness. I start off by understanding how you learn best, create a program that progresses in intensity, and
gradually push you out of that pesky comfort zone.
We are all seeking to become better
versions of themselves, even if you are stepping into the gym for the first time, I will help you get
there! I remember what it was like to step into a situation feeling anxious and unsure. With me, you’ll get the knowledge and support you need so
that you’ll feel empowered to keep reaching your health and fitness goals.
Nutrition is also a part of my workout regimen, since a balanced diet helps
clients reach and maintain the goals striven for.
