Hi, I’m Sacha. For over twelve years, I’ve helped people feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies. Having once been a size eighteen myself, I know first-hand how uncomfortable and emotional that journey can be—and just how personal real change is. Today, I work exclusively one-to-one with self-made men and women who lead busy, high-pressure lives and are ready to give their health the same focus they give their careers. There are no group sessions and no one-size-fits-all programmes here—only personalised coaching built entirely around your lifestyle, goals, and schedule. My approach is deeply personal. I take the time to truly get to know my clients—what motivates them, what holds them back, and what makes them tick—so I can coach, challenge, and support them in a way that actually works for them. I’m also known (and proudly so!) for being a stickler for good form and technique. Every exercise has a purpose, and I’ll make sure you’re moving well, avoiding injury, and getting the most out of every session. From progressive strength training and practical sleep strategies I’ve tested myself, to realistic, real-food habits that fit into everyday life, everything I do is designed to support long-term results—not quick fixes.
